💡 Pro Tips from Odoo Consultant
-
Start small, scale fast: Implement core modules first (Sales, Inventory, Accounting), then add complexity.
-
Standard before custom: 80% of businesses can run on standard Odoo. Customize only when it's a true competitive differentiator.
-
Data is king: Bad data in = bad data out. Invest time in cleanup before migration.
-
Train in context: Don't train on features—train on workflows users actually perform daily.
-
Plan for adoption, not just installation: The technology is easy; people are hard. Budget more time for change management than you think you need.
