Completion of Certificate of Training for Trainers (ToT) from ABP & Edupro UK
I recently completed the Training of Trainers (ToT) live online workshop by ABP & Edupro UK, and I'm proud to share that I've earned my certificate as a certified trainer.

This was far more than a presentation-skills course. The program took me through the entire training cycle — Training Needs Assessment → Training Design → Delivery → Facilitation → Engagement → Evaluation → Improvement — and gave me a structured framework I can now apply to every corporate, academic, and capacity-building program I lead.
One of the most valuable parts was learning how to do a proper Training Needs Assessment (TNA) — analyzing organizational, task, and individual learning needs — and then translating those findings into SMART learning objectives that are genuinely aligned with business goals. As someone who trains enterprises on AI and ERP adoption, this was a game-changer: I now design sessions around measurable outcomes, not just content coverage.
We went deep into adult learning principles (andragogy) and how to keep experienced professionals engaged — through questioning techniques, active listening, group discussions, role plays, simulations, and case studies. I also learned how to choose the right delivery approach for each context, whether classroom, workshop, seminar, or virtual session, and how to facilitate effectively across platforms like Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
What really set this program apart was its focus on AI-powered training tools. I learned practical approaches to creating training content, presentations, quizzes, assessments, and interactive learning materials in a fraction of the time — a huge efficiency gain for my own training practice. Combined with the Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation Model and feedback analytics, I can now measure training effectiveness and continuously improve future sessions.
The workshop was facilitated by Prof. Mohammad Faisal Ahammad, Head of International Business at Leeds University Business School, UK, and Keith Madeley, MBE, a renowned UK business leader — learning from trainers of this caliber was an honor.
