In Bangladesh, there is a lack of platforms dedicated to Training, Mentoring, Coaching, and Learning, resulting in a shortage of quality trainers. As global standards rise, trainers must meet international benchmarks to drive human capital growth. The corporate sector also seeks a reliable platform offering diverse trainers to match their needs and budgets, but this gap remains unfilled.

Trainers Association of Bangladesh (TRAINERS) envision as the leading platform in Bangladesh, providing world-class Training, Mentoring, Coaching, Learning programs, and corporate solutions.

Its mission is to 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩 ten thousand 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐛𝐲 2030 through TRAINERS. Focused on Training, Mentoring, Coaching, and Learning, we aim to support organizations in Bangladesh with a network of high-quality trainers to drive corporate growth and national development.

On 18th July 2026, Hotel Sheraton Ballroom became the venue of the first International Trainer's Conference (ITC 2026) in Bangladesh.

55% of our foreign work force are low skil or semi skiled.

26 Lacs or 2.6 million educated youth in the country is unemployed.

40% of employers struggles to find skilled talent.

50% of the nation's workforce need reskilling.

These numbers alarms us towards the fact that the skills challenge we can not ignore any more.

Hence International Trainers Conference 2026 chose its theme: "Skill matters."

A Day of Learning, Connecting and Inspiration

Today, I had the privilege of participating in the International Trainers Conference (ITC) 2026—a truly remarkable day filled with learning, and meaningful connections.

I registered earlier this month after seeing the speaker panels which featured teh top trainers in Bangladesh as well as few international trainers and speakers.

Today every session offered a new perspective, but a few truly stood out:

Ejazur Rahman (MD & Lead Coach, Mind Mapper; Regional CEO, ISCEA Asia) delivered a masterclass. His insights challenged the way I think about learning, leadership, and personal growth.

State Minister for Primary Education Bobby Hajjaj MP was one of the Chief Guest and was very candid in his speech. He invited TRAINERS to submit their proposal on how they can help train more than 350,000 primary teachers and if good proposals are received, he promised to activate them.

Tahera Islam Samida, Wellness Coach, delivered a beautiful session on wellness and positive energy, reminding us that our greatest strength begins from within.

Ghulam Sumdany Don Sir (Chief Inspirational Officer, DONSUMDANY Facilitation & Consultancy) delivered an excellent session filled with actionable ideas and powerful techniques for connecting with an audience.

Zeeshan Kingshuk Huq Sir (CMO, UCB) provided a true guiding light by sharing valuable strategies for growth, continuous improvement, and, most importantly, personal branding. To me it was my most impressive presentation.

The session by Happiness Ambassador Ms. Suchi (International Session Speaker, Singapore) was truly exceptional—an inspiring reminder that happiness is not just an emotion; it is a skill that we can cultivate every day. She practically demonstrated few laughter hands on practice which were very energizing and engaging.

During earlier sessions Malaysia's HRD Corp (Human Resource Development Corporation)'s model was explored in detail and a few of the speakers shared how it works. TRAINERS as a body of professional trainers put forward a similar plan to the National Skills Development Authoirty (NSDA). The Executive Chairman of NSDA was herself present as Chief Guest and took in the ideas.

There were participants who worked directly with HRD Corp Malaysia and shared their lovely achievements in Malaysia in training many companies. The model of HRD Corp is great in building a culture of upskilling and encouraging companies to go for better trainings from professional trainers and improve their companies.

Ayman Sadiq (CEO, 10 Minute School) delivered a session that was very practical and was on how trainers can use AI. His passion, authenticity, and practical wisdom were deeply inspiring, especially his explanation of the importance of the Triple A and Triple R framework of Sales Funnerl.

Coach Kamurl was there as well.

Trainer Jishu Tarafdar shared some interesting insight on Motivation vs Discipline aspect which was thought provoking. He showed some framework related to this.

I would not say that the quality of the international trainers were that good, but they were perhaps average.

Mornign Snacks, Buffet Lunch and Afternoon Snacks were provided and the quality of the food were good.

There were a number of Panel discussion held during the conference, even though they were not so attractive or well conducted. There were room for improvements.

Among the participants, a lot of them came from various leading organizations in Bangladesh, mostly from HR departments. Many of the participants are themselves trainers.

Beyond the outstanding speakers, it was wonderful to connect with trainers, leaders, professionals, and lifelong learners who share a common passion for creating a positive impact.

I met a number of Consulting Accelerator participants and fellow Idean Certified Management Consultants (ICMC).

The organizers did a great job with dedicated volunteers, speakers, and every participant who made this conference such a great conference.

The legendary Quazi M Ahmed presented the last session with great particpantions by the trainers and great engagement. He is a master trainer, no doubt. His ability to speak with clarity and engaging everyone is really great to see. I received an award by becoming fifth in a Quiz where I got a gift by Quazi sir himelf.

I purposefully broke my barrier and took a number number of photos with my favorite trainers throughout the event (taking photo is something I hesitate a lot). But ITC 2026's energy was different that forced me to change my usual habit.

I look forward to become a member of TRAINERS in the future and hope to contribute in the industry from my professional background of digital transformation, AI coaching and enterprise software solutions.
